And sometimes I just wish it would stop, if just for a moment, so that I could have the luxury of changing or tweaking that one moment I regret, or try to do it differently (don't we all.) But that is what wishful thinking and daydreams are made of. As I get older, I find the time that is most important is NOW. It is a powerful place to be, yet how often are we thinking about past regrets, or hoping, or fearing what the future will bring— rather than be present to what is happening NOW.
