18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 Compliance Statement

All models, actors, actresses, and other persons that appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

All other visual depictions displayed on this Website are exempt from the provision of 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 because said visual depictions do not consist of depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257(2)(A) through (D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity, or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct, or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995.

With respect to all visual depictions displayed on this Website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual content, or otherwise, all persons in said visual depictions were at least 18 years of age when said visual depictions were created.

The owners and operators of this Website are not the primary producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257) of any of the visual content contained in the Website. This Website embeds and links to content hosted on third-party websites.

For records required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 for any content found on this Website, please direct your request to the third-party site on which the content was originally produced and hosted. As a non-producer, TugTub does not maintain ยง 2257 records for embedded third-party content.

Reporting Illegal or Policy-Violating Content

To report content you believe violates 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257, depicts minors, or otherwise violates applicable law or our policies, send an email to abuse@tugtub.com. The email must include:

  1. Specific URL(s) on tugtub.com where the content appears.
  2. Nature of the violation โ€” e.g. suspected minor, non-consensual recording, ยง 2257 violation, prohibited category.
  3. Your name, email, and relationship to the matter (subject of the content, rights-holder, third-party observer, law enforcement, etc.).
  4. Statement of good faith โ€” "I have a good-faith belief that the identified content violates applicable law or the TugTub Terms of Service."
  5. Statement under penalty of perjury โ€” "I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct."
Suspected CSAM (child sexual abuse material): email safety@tugtub.com immediately with the URL. We remove confirmed material on sight, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement. You may also report directly to a national tipline (e.g. NCMEC / INHOPE) โ€” this is not required and does not replace emailing us.
Frivolous, anonymous, or bad-faith reports will not be actioned and may be reported to law enforcement if they constitute harassment or false statements under applicable criminal statutes.

We respond to valid reports and remove confirmed violations within 48 hours of receipt.
