TugTub respects the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond expeditiously to legitimate claims of copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
Designated Copyright Agent
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), we have designated an agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement:

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To file a notice of copyright infringement, you must provide a written communication to our Designated Agent that includes substantially the following:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. If multiple works, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on the Website. Include the specific URL where the material appears.
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement of good faith that you believe the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
Counter-Notification
If your content has been removed in response to a DMCA notice and you believe it was removed in error, you may file a counter-notification. To be effective, a counter-notification must include:
- Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement consenting to jurisdiction in the federal court where you reside.
- Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Upon receiving a third valid DMCA notice against the same user, we may permanently disable the account and, where applicable, disclose the user's identity to the copyright holder.
Response Timeframe
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to the infringing material within 48 hours.
