Child Safety & CSAE Standards

Zero-Tolerance Policy
TugTub maintains a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to:
- Any visual depiction of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct (child pornography)
- Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors
- Any content that presents a minor in a sexualized context, even if not explicitly sexual
- Any attempt to solicit, groom, or contact minors for sexual purposes
Immediate Actions
Upon identification or report of CSAE content:
- The content is removed immediately
- The user's account is permanently terminated
- The incident is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required by 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A
- All relevant evidence is preserved for law enforcement

Prevention Measures
- All users must confirm they are 18+ before accessing the site (age gate)
- The site is labeled with RTA (Restricted to Adults) metadata
- Content can be flagged by any user for review
- We respond to all CSAE reports within 24 hours
Legal Obligations
In accordance with 18 U.S.C. ยง 2258A, electronic service providers who obtain actual knowledge of facts or circumstances suggesting a violation of child exploitation laws are required to report such facts to NCMEC. Failure to report is a federal crime. TugTub complies fully with this obligation.
